The Lebanese Army Command, Directorate of Orientation, announced in a statement today, Thursday, that four soldiers were martyred on April 8, 2026, as a result of Israeli airstrikes.

In a statement from the Army Command on the X platform, information was provided about the soldiers who were killed in the Israeli airstrikes. They are:

First Sergeant, martyr Hussein Khaled Yassin from the city of Sidon.

Private First Class (PFC), martyr Mohammad Bassam Chahitleh from the town of Shamstar in Baalbek.

Recruit, martyr Ali Hassan Qassem from the town of Shamstar in Baalbek.

Cadet Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), martyr Ali Nasser Al-Din from the town of Mansoura in Hermel.
