The Israeli army carried out airstrikes on the towns of Barghaz, Ansar, and Zrariyeh in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military said it is “currently striking Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon.”
Israeli aircraft have also been flying at low altitude over a number of towns in southern Lebanon since the morning.
