Israel bombs Gaza in continued violation of ceasefire agreement
Israel shelled several areas across the Gaza Strip, marking a continued escalation on multiple fronts and a further violation of the ceasefire agreement.
Eyewitnesses reported that artillery shelling on Monday targeted the eastern areas of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, as well as areas east of Deir al-Balah in the central sector.

In Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on several targets using multiple missiles, while heavy gunfire was reported from Israeli tanks and military vehicles conducting clearing operations along the so-called “yellow line.” The line marks areas the Israeli army considers under its control, with troops firing at anyone who attempts to approach.
Meanwhile, in Rafah Governorate, Israeli air raids continued, as warplanes struck various locations across the city, accompanied by heavy and sustained gunfire from tanks and military vehicles positioned along the Philadelphi Corridor. In the Al-Janina neighborhood east of Rafah, Israeli forces targeted the area with at least five missiles.
Additionally, in Gaza City, the Israeli army bombed eastern areas, including the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, as well as areas east of the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip. Local sources also reported that Israeli forces established a military unit in the eastern areas of the Jabalia camp for reconnaissance and filming purposes.
