The network said in its report: “About 290 American soldiers were injured during combat operations against Iran.”

It noted that 255 of them have since returned to service.

Interviews with active‑duty and reserve U.S. soldiers revealed that some forces feel “vulnerable, under immense pressure, and frustrated” as the American‑Israeli war against Iran continues.

A military official treating service members evacuated from the Middle East to Germany said the soldiers face “inadequate protection and insufficient planning,” adding that a ground operation would be an “absolute disaster… We have no plan for that. We cannot even fully defend a single ground base in the combat theater.” So far, 13 soldiers have been killed, seven of them from Iranian strikes.

Meanwhile, on March 4th, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced that more than 680 American and Israeli soldiers had been killed or injured in the conflict.
