Yemeni Armed Forces hold Iran responsible for any violation of its airspace
Yemen's military says it will confront any "hostile" aircraft entering its airspace, declaring that "patience has run out" and placing full legal and moral responsibility on Iran for any breach of the country's sovereignty.
The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Monday that they will respond to what they described as violations of Yemen's airspace and sovereignty by Iran and the Houthi group, warning that they will confront any "hostile" aircraft that enters Yemeni airspace.
In a statement issued by the armed forces, Yemeni Minister of Defense Taher al-Aqili said that "patience has run out," adding that the Yemeni government has exhausted all efforts to persuade Iran and the Houthis to "return to the right path" and refrain from violating Yemen's airspace.

The Yemeni Armed Forces added that they "hold Iran fully legally and morally responsible for any violation of Yemeni airspace," stressing that "the people and leadership of Yemen will defend it by land, sea, and air, regardless of the consequences."
They further emphasized that they would respond "appropriately and with all available means" to any violation of the country's sovereignty, according to the statement.
