The Israeli ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, threatened this Monday morning to bomb the command centers of "Hezbollah" in the southern suburbs of Beirut if the party opens fire on Israel.
The past few hours witnessed a dangerous military escalation between Iran and Israel, beginning with a ballistic missile attack launched by Iran's Revolutionary Guard targeting northern and central Israel, followed by a large-scale Israeli air response that struck several locations inside Iran.
The Iranian strike came in response to an Israeli airstrike that targeted a building in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
