The captain of the Saudi team Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo, left Al-Awwal Park frustrated after “Al-Alamy” lost the AFC Champions League Two Final to the Japanese team Gamba Osaka 1-0.

The sadness was evident on Ronaldo's face following this defeat, as he was anticipating his first title with the Saudi team.

Cristiano Ronaldo previously won the 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup with Al-Nassr, a relatively minor tournament that is not considered among the sport’s major titles.

Additionally, “the Don” was absent during Gamba Osaka’s victory ceremony following the match in Riyadh and did not appear alongside his teammates to receive the silver medal.

The Japanese club secured victory thanks to a lone goal from Deniz Umit in the 30th minute, leaving Al-Nassr and its star Cristiano Ronaldo with one final chance to salvage the season by clinching the Saudi Pro League title, provided they defeat Damac in the final round, regardless of the result of their closest rivals, Al-Hilal.
