UAE President and Saudi Crown Prince discuss regional security and bilateral cooperation amid rising tensions
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates strengthen bilateral coordination as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed discuss regional developments, security challenges, and joint efforts to maintain stability across the Middle East.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed areas of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the UAE during a phone call on Tuesday with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The agency added that the call reviewed regional developments and efforts to enhance security and stability in the region.

Meanwhile, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) said the discussion included examining relations and various aspects of collaboration and joint work between the two countries. The two sides also reviewed developments in the regional situation, their severe implications for regional and international security and stability, and the efforts related to them.
It is worth noting that, in a previous call, bin Salman reaffirmed “the Kingdom’s support for the UAE in defending its security and stability” and expressed “Saudi Arabia’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the unjustified Iranian attacks targeting the UAE,” according to SPA.
