BEIRUT: A woman who was shot outside a nightclub in the Bekaa city of Zahle early Sunday died in hospital hours later, a security source told Annahar.

24-year-old Sarah Suleiman was wounded after the suspected shooter, identified as Taha Masri, opened fire outside the Blue Bar nightclub where a car accident had occurred, a security source told Annahar. 33-year-old Lebanese Simon Mouawad was also wounded in the leg.

The suspect, who was driving his SUV near the club, randomly shot at people after reportedly being asked to move his car.

Masri is wanted on four arrest warrants.
